We wanted to divide our existing extension into three rooms, including a shower room and a study with a built in bookcase. As well as doing most of the hard labour Tony project managed everything inc architect and building control. Although we agreed a set price they didn't scrimp on materials and everything is finished to a very high standard. All the trades Tony employed were friendly, reliable and hardworking. The extension was basically a large fridge, now they're the warmest rooms in the house. We are delighted with the results and would happily recommend Tony and his team to anyone and will have them back for future projects.

Hi Tony/Gary, this is to let you know that it's been 3 months since you converted our garage and words cannot explain enough how much I love your work. As fussy as I am, I can't find any problem whatsoever with our converted room (inside & outside). Our living space has improved and the kids have enough space to play around. Excellent finish with great attention to details.

Tony converted the garage of our modern house in Great Ashby in August 2017. The whole process was very professional. Once the quote has been agreed, Tony engages an architect to draw up detailed plans, which are discussed and agreed with the customer before building work commences. The building work started and finished on time and was completed very quickly. He works to a very high standard and uses good quality materials. He works hard to get the details right. In particular he spent a lot of effort to get a good match to the existing bricks. Tony project manages the whole process including Building Control, and ensures the minimum of disruption for the client and near neighbours. We were very pleased with the end result which is a very cost effective way of making a dramatic improvement to the living space. We highly recommend.
